Canning 101

After a very extensive canning season, I am proud to announce, "I AM DONE!!!" My canning supplies have been shipped off to the dungeon and my shelves are FULL to the BRIM!
I love to can each year, but am also equally in LOVE with putting it all away!
We got many, MaNy, MANY tomatoes and peppers out of our own garden to be able to can SALSA and SPAGHETTI SAUCE.
I also did PEACHES, PICKLES, and PICKLED BANANA PEPPERS.

And now I am DONE!
The kitchen has been deep cleaned as well!!!
