Daddy had a work trip planned for Washington the end of March. Since Emma was off track we decided to go & tag-along. It was a fun trip with MANY park trips, lots of eating out, bike rides, runs/walks by the riverside, LOTS of WIND, lazy days in the Hotel room, going to the Movies, playing LOTS of games together, helping Daddy “build” the 5 guys he was working on, a 3 hour trip to Seattle for the weekend, a GINORMOUS ferris wheel ride, seeing the famous “GUM WALL”---the 2nd dirtiest attraction in the USA (so curious to know the 1st!), visiting Pikes Market, Emma Practicing her Chinese with the Chinese Vendor there, visiting the AWESOME Woodland Zoo----LOVED this zoo…wish it hadn’t of been FREEZING when we went….we still had fun, & then the long trip back home to celebrate Easter for the weekend. We were so blessed to be able to go with Daddy for these 2 week! Alan’s company was so nice to pay for our hotel the WHOLE time we were there & a lot of our meals. I feel like after being unemployed for 2 years, we have been blessed to work for a company that truly does take care of us. I will miss “tracks” in school next year for this reason…. Random Trips in the Off Season, but it’ll be a new adventure for us since having Emma in school we have only done tracks….Change is Good….RIGHT??!!?? RIGHT!!!
